It’s important to realise how difficult it is to refine each and every coffee bean and how much work it takes to grow, to harvest and then finally process them.

And this is just the beginning of the long journey that awaits them.
The beans are then checked, roasted, tasted and blended.
And that’s not something everyone is good at.

It doesn’t take much to ruin months and years of sacrifice, but if everything is carried out perfectly, the end result brings endless satisfaction.

And that’s why we came up with the idea of starting a company that, at its heart, has the selection process of the raw material, customer care and a broad market outlook.

This calls for manual craftsmanship, ability and countless hours of learning.
And for this you need a team of experts and skilled toasters.
This is why espresso coffee is an art, a true work of art.

There is no such thing as a perfect blend and the three of us are far from perfect, but our aim is to create a coffee with a constant aroma, with a delicious cream and one that makes those who drink it think ‘what a great cup of coffee, it’s just like a work of art’.
